At Todd Quality, we have a different philosophy about the industry and how work should be done. We work 4 ten-hour days most weeks, meaning that if the weather cooperates, you get a full paycheck AND a three day weekend! If we get rained out one day, we just work Friday and make up for it. Or, if you are looking for overtime, you can work Friday, have a full day of OT, and still have your weekend free! Last year, other than snow, we didn't work a single Saturday all year. Think about it, a full paycheck and time to actually enjoy life!

On top of the great work schedule, you get to work with fun, highly skilled, experienced professionals who take great pride in what they do. All of our equipment is newer and very well maintained. We add new equipment and tools constantly to take advantage of all the newest back savers! While we are not afraid of hard work, we always try to work smarter!

NOTE: ALL applicants MUST have a CLEAN PA Driver's License, have or be willing to get their DOT medical card, and be able to pass background and drug testing. You must have reliable transportation to get to the shop by 6:30 AM each day.

Currently, we have the following positions open:

Landscape Foreman -

Main goal is to keep our residential properties looking pristine each week. Main responsibilities include operating John Deere zero turn riding mowers, Stihl trimmers and Stihl backpack blowers for part of the week to do 12 large accounts. The rest of the week would be spent maintaining landscapes- mulching, pruning, etc. Knowledge of proper trimming and pruning techniques and ability to identify a wide range of plants is preferred. Some days, especially before things start growing, or during a drought, etc., helping the hardscape crew is how we would utilize your skills and teach you new ones!

Landscape Crew - Crew Member -

Works with Landscape Foreman to install plantings, mulch, trim, prune, mow, etc. all of our higher-end residential properties. Tasks each day could vary quite a bit, but we do apply a lot of mulch in the spring! When things dry up, helping out the hardscape crew would be not only a change of pace and good way to keep busy, but a great way to learn more skills.

Goal with this position: Train to become a Landscape Foreman Assistant, then Foreman

Hardscape Crew - Crew Member -

Works with Hardscape Foreman to install patios, walkways, retaining walls, boulders and more. Certainly, the most physically demanding position we have but allows for a lot of creativity and a different task each day. During the spring rush, helping with mulch application provides a bit of a break from all the stone!

Goal with this position: Train to become a Hardscape Foreman Assistant, then Foreman
